Our process

From first sketch to delivery.

Every piece follows the same path: your room, a drawing, materials you choose by hand, a render, and then our own factory floor.

Designing since 1991 · Own factory since 2000 · Exporting internationally · No obligation, no deposit

The design session

The design centre in Gachibowli is where every job starts. It is a room with a drawing table, a material library you can put your hands into, and a screen where your piece appears in your room before we build it.

Your room, first

We start with your photographs, not our portfolio. The designer looks at the wall you want to fill, where the light falls, what the piece has to sit beside, and how the room is actually walked through. Rough dimensions are enough to begin.

The brief, out loud

How many people sit on it in the evening. Whether anyone sleeps on it. Whether children and dogs use it. What you disliked about the last one. Constraints make better furniture than preferences do.

Drawing, in front of you

The designer draws while you watch, and you argue with it while it is still cheap to change. Span, seat depth, arm profile, base height, the configuration of the corner. This is the part that cannot be done over WhatsApp.

Materials, in your hands

Fabrics, leathers, timbers and finishes are here as physical samples — over 300 in the library. You will feel the weave, bend the leather, and see the timber in daylight. Colour on a screen is a guess; colour in your hand is a decision.

The render

Your piece is rendered in 3D, in the materials you chose, so you can see it before it exists. You take the render away with you, and to WhatsApp too if you would like it there.

What to bring

Photographs of the room from two or three positions, including the wall the piece will sit against. A floor plan if you have one. Rough dimensions. Any reference images you have saved.

After the design session

Into production, and out the door

The drawing and the render are only the start. What happens next has been the same since we opened our own factory in 2000.

Into production

Once you approve the drawing and the render, the piece moves to our own factory floor. Framing, upholstery and finishing happen in sequence, by hand. Production time depends on the piece, and we give you the date in writing before you commit.

Delivered and set up

We deliver and place the piece ourselves in Hyderabad. Outside the city, delivery terms are confirmed in writing with your order. If anything needs adjusting on site, we sort it before we leave.

If you are an architect or designer

The same factory builds to your drawings, with shop drawings returned for sign-off before we cut. See what we offer the trade.

Designed with you. Made by us.

One hour. You leave with a render of your room.
