Ardhachandra stands on a black C-shaped stand, like a half moon, whose foot slides beneath the sofa so the top reaches over the seat.

A C-shaped stand
The black stand curves like a half moon, its foot sliding under the sofa or bed.
Reaches over the seat
The top reaches over the seat, so a cup or a laptop is right where you sit.
Grey-veined stone
The round white top veined in grey reads like marble and is easy to wipe.
Bedside or sofa
It works at the sofa for tea and work, or beside a bed for breakfast and reading.
Materials, named
As shown, a round white sintered-stone top with grey veining on a C-shaped stand of black powder-coated steel.
The making
The C-stand is bent from steel tube on a jig, welded to a flat foot, powder-coated black and fitted with the stone top.
The finished piece
Set it at the arm of a sofa or beside a bed, where its foot slides underneath.
