Kokapet and the Financial District are home to some of Hyderabad's tallest residential towers and to large villa communities. Many living rooms here have floor-to-ceiling glass, and a tall sofa set in front of it cuts the view in half.
For these rooms we draw lower, longer sofas, curved sectionals that follow a rounded window, and centre tables that let the light through. In a villa, the same thinking scales up to a living room that may need two seating groups.

Before you measure a high-rise apartment
- Measure the service lift car and its door, and ask your association when the service lift can be booked for delivery.
- If a single piece will not fit the lift, tell us at the session; a sofa can be drawn as a modular piece in sections.
- Note where the sun falls on the glass during the day, so fabrics can be chosen for a sunny room.
