Furniture for villas and gated villa communities
Narsingi and the roads towards Gandipet are home to many gated villa communities. A villa usually has more than one living space: a formal room near the entrance, a family room, and a verandah or terrace that is used as much as any room indoors.
Furniture for these homes needs scale. A sectional that seats the whole family, an eight-seater dining table, and pieces for a covered verandah that can stand up to the sun.

Before you measure a villa
- Measure each living space separately; a villa may need a formal set and a family set in different styles.
- For a verandah, note whether it is fully covered, and keep upholstered pieces out of direct rain.
- Photograph the floor; stone and timber floors guide the choice of base and timber finish.
