A warm living room that wants a touch of terracotta
Terracotta is the colour of Indian earth and clay pots, and it warms a white room more than gold ever can.
Gagari rims its white stone top in terracotta, like the lip of a water pot, and adds a matching terracotta tray side table.
Four decisions
A terracotta rim
A terracotta rim frames the white top, like the rim of a gagari water pot.
A drawer in the drum
A drawer is built into the white drum for the remote and coasters.
A terracotta tray side table
A terracotta tray on a metal stand stands beside the main table.
Earth and white
Terracotta and white together feel warm, fresh and rooted in Indian craft and clay.
Materials, named
As shown, a white sintered-stone top in a terracotta rim over a white lacquered drum with a drawer, with a terracotta tray side table on a metal stand.
The making
The drum is built and lacquered white with its drawer on metal runners, and the terracotta rim and tray are finished to the same earthy tone.
The finished piece
It suits a warm, earthy living room with cane, jute and terracotta accents.
We make the Gagari in our own Hyderabad factory and deliver it ourselves, to apartments in Kondapur and Madhapur as readily as to villas in Narsingi.
Your room is not this room. Bring photographs and we will draw to it.
