A slim table that wants the warmth of timber and the edge of steel
Timber legs bring warmth to a dining room, and a little steel keeps them from looking too traditional in a modern home.
Model A67 arches its walnut legs and adds steel, so the base sits between a warm timber table and a crisp modern one.
Four decisions
Sized for 140 × 60 cm
The legs are drawn for a slim 140 × 60 cm top, seating four in a compact dining room.
Arched walnut
Each leg is an arch of walnut-finished timber, soft in outline and warm to the touch.
Steel details
Steel is set into the arches, a crisp contrast with the warm timber around it.
Long sides free
With the arches at the ends, the long sides of the table are free for chairs.
Materials, named
Solid wood with a walnut finish and steel details; a display top is shown in the photograph, and yours is cut to order.
The making
The arches are bent from thin layers of laminated timber on a former, finished in walnut, and the steel details fitted and polished before the two legs are assembled.
The finished piece
It suits a warm, modern dining room with timber floors and a cream or white stone top.
The A67 is made to order in our own factory in Cherlapally, drawn at our Gachibowli studio, and delivered to Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills, Tellapur and beyond.
