A bright living room that wants a gold rod base with a little movement
Straight vertical rods are orderly but still, and a living room can welcome a base with a gentle sway.
Ikshu pinches its matte gold rods together in bundles, like stalks of sugarcane tied in the field, above an open ring at the floor.
Four decisions
Pinched rod bundles
The rods are drawn together in bundles at their middle, then part again, like tied sugarcane.
An open ring foot
Each frame stands on a ring with a gap, so the smaller table slides into the larger.
Matte yellow gold
The frames are powder-coated matte yellow gold, warm with no glare in sunlight.
White tops
Round white sintered-stone tops sit above the gold bundles, bright, plain and calm.
Materials, named
As shown, round white sintered-stone tops on pinched-rod frames of matte yellow-gold powder-coated steel; polished gold PVD is available.
The making
The rods are bent and pinched in pairs on a jig, welded to top and foot rings, and powder-coated matte yellow gold.
The finished piece
They suit a bright living room with a white or cream sofa and a grey rug.
The Ikshu is drawn at our Gachibowli studio, made in our own factory, and delivered across Hyderabad, from Hitec City and Madhapur to Kokapet and Banjara Hills.
