The brief

A calm living room that wants the simplest gold rod nesting set

Some rooms want a gold nesting set with no twist, pinch or pattern, only clean straight lines.

Kasha stands each top on straight matte gold rods, like tall kasha grass by a river, over an open ring that lets the pair nest.

Four decisions

Straight rods

Slim rods run straight from the foot ring to the top, simple and evenly spaced.

An open foot ring

Each ring has a gap, so the smaller table slides partly inside the larger.

Matte yellow gold

Matte gold powder-coat is warm and soft, with no glare in sunlight.

Glossy white tops

Glossy white tops veined faintly in grey reflect the light above the matte gold.

Materials, named

As shown, round white sintered-stone tops with faint grey veining on straight-rod frames of matte yellow-gold powder-coated steel.

Sintered stone White, polished
Frame Matte gold powder-coat

The making

The rods are cut to length and welded evenly between top and foot rings, ground clean and powder-coated matte yellow gold.

The finished piece

They suit a calm living room with a white or grey sofa and simple furniture.

The Kasha is made in our own factory and delivered across Hyderabad, from Jubilee Hills and Banjara Hills to Kokapet, Narsingi and the Financial District.

Questions

Questions about the Kasha nesting tables

Why does the Kasha foot ring have a gap?

The gap lets the smaller table's ring slip inside the larger, so the pair nests closely.

Can the Kasha rods be polished gold?

Yes. The frames can be finished in polished gold, rose gold or bronze PVD.

Sintered stone or Italian marble: which is better for the Kasha nesting tables?

On the Kasha, sintered stone, as photographed, is harder and needs no sealing; Italian marble is softer and needs sealing, but every slab is one of a kind. The Kasha can be made with either, on gold powder-coated steel.

Where can I order the Kasha nesting tables in Hyderabad?

You can order the Kasha at our design studio in Gachibowli, or on WhatsApp. We draw the Kasha to your room, show you its materials as samples, and give you a factory-direct quote before anything is made.
