Each top is a square with soft corners, lining up with the sofa without sharp edges.
Bronze rods
Slim bronze rods stand beneath each top like trunks in a grove of trees.
Warm bronze
Bronze PVD is deep and warm, softer than gold beside wood and leather.
A nest
The smaller square slides partly under the larger, then out again when needed.
Materials, named
As shown, rounded-square white sintered-stone tops with grey veining on vertical-rod frames of bronze PVD stainless steel.
The making
The rods are cut and welded into square frames with rounded corners, polished and finished in bronze PVD, and the tops shaped by hand.
The finished piece
They suit a warm living room with a leather or cognac sofa and timber furniture.
