A warm living room that wants a gold coffee table with a warmer stone
Cool grey veining can look clinical in a living room furnished with walnut, leather and warm lamps.
Kundala pairs the crossed gold rings with a top veined in warm brown, so the table sits naturally among warm materials.
Four decisions
Warm brown veining
Brown veins run through the white top, warmer than grey and closer to the tone of walnut.
Coiled gold rings
Gold rings cross and coil beneath the top, like an earring turned on its side.
Round and sociable
A round top suits a group, with no corners and no head of the table.
Gold and brown
The gold of the base and the brown of the veining belong to the same warm palette.
Materials, named
As shown, a round white sintered-stone top with brown veining on crossed rings of gold PVD stainless steel; Calacatta gold marble is available.
The making
The rings are rolled, joined on a jig and polished, then finished in gold PVD, and the top is cut so its brown veining runs across the circle.
The finished piece
It suits a living room with walnut furniture, a leather sofa and warm lighting.
The Kundala is made to order in our own factory in Cherlapally, drawn at our Gachibowli studio, and delivered to Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills, Tellapur and beyond.
