A dining room that mixes black steel with warm timber
Many modern Hyderabad homes mix black steel windows and fittings with warm timber floors, doors and furniture.
Model A90 brings both into one base: a black V with walnut set into its faces, so the table belongs to both materials in the room.
Four decisions
A V column
Two arms rise from a single point at the floor and open beneath the top to carry it.
Walnut inset faces
Walnut panels are set into the faces of the black V, warming the steel where the eye falls on it.
A black plate
A black plate grounds the base and spreads the weight of the top on the floor.
Two materials
Steel for strength and timber for warmth, so the base suits both modern and warm rooms.
Materials, named
Black powder-coated steel with walnut-finished timber inset faces; a display top is shown in the photograph, and yours is cut to order.
The making
The V is welded and powder-coated black, then the walnut panels are cut, finished and fitted into its faces by hand.
The finished piece
It suits a modern home with black steel windows, timber floors and leather or upholstered chairs.
The A90 is made to order in our own factory in Cherlapally, drawn at our Gachibowli studio, and delivered to Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills, Tellapur and beyond.
Your room is not this room. Bring photographs and we will draw to it.
