A living room that needs closed storage in a marble-look table
Open shelves gather dust and show clutter, and many families want every stored thing behind a door or in a drawer.
Bhandara, named for a storehouse, closes everything away: a cupboard behind a door and a drawer, under a grey-veined top.
Four decisions
A cupboard door
A door closes a cupboard for board games, albums and things used less often.
A drawer
A drawer beside it holds remotes, chargers and coasters within easy reach.
All closed
With no open shelf, nothing is on show, and the table always looks tidy.
A marble-look top
The white top veined in grey reads like Carrara marble and resists daily wear.
Materials, named
As shown, a rectangular white sintered-stone top with grey veining over a white lacquered cabinet with a cupboard door and a drawer.
The making
The cabinet is built in engineered wood and lacquered white, the door hung on concealed hinges and the drawer fitted on runners.
The finished piece
It suits a family living room where everything should be put away by evening.
We make the Bhandara in our own Hyderabad factory and deliver it ourselves, to apartments in Kondapur and Madhapur as readily as to villas in Narsingi.
Your room is not this room. Bring photographs and we will draw to it.
