A dining room that should feel light and airy
Heavy tables make small rooms feel smaller, because the eye reads every bulky leg and apron as furniture taking up precious floor space.
Elysian uses four slim, tapered legs so the top seems to float and the floor stays visible beneath it, which opens up the whole room.
Four decisions
150 × 90 cm
Seats four comfortably and six for dinner, in a footprint that suits a dining area shared with the living room.
Tapered legs
Each leg narrows towards the floor, the classic way of making a table look lighter without making it weaker.
Dark walnut
The legs are finished dark, so they recede against a dark floor and make a crisp contrast against a light one.
A soft cream top
The cream top is quieter than white, kinder to the eye under bright lights, and flattering to food on the table.
Materials, named
Cream sintered stone with soft veining on the top and legs of solid wood in a dark walnut finish, joined to a slim apron.
The making
Each leg is tapered on two faces on the bench, finished in dark walnut and fixed to a slim apron so the frame stays rigid without looking heavy.
The finished piece
It is ideal where the dining area shares a room with the living space, because it lets the eye pass through to the rest of the room.
The Elysian is made in our own factory and delivered across Hyderabad, from Jubilee Hills and Banjara Hills to Kokapet, Narsingi and the Financial District.
