A dining room that wants gold, softened by a grey top
A pure white top can make a gold base look brash, especially under bright lights in a contemporary room.
Palermo pairs gold crossed loops with a calm grey-white stone, so the gold reads as warm rather than loud.
Four decisions
180 × 90 cm
Six seats in comfort, in a size that suits a dining room with space for a sideboard.
Gold loops
Two gold loops cross beneath the top, braced in both directions without any rail at knee height.
Grey-white stone
The soft veining of the grey-white top tempers the gold below it, so the table never looks brash.
Balance
Warm metal and cool stone balance each other, so the table suits both modern and classic rooms.
Materials, named
Grey-white sintered stone with soft veining, on loops of stainless steel finished in gold PVD that holds its colour.
The making
The loops are bent, welded and polished, then finished in gold PVD, and the top cut from a slab and edged by hand before fitting.
The finished piece
It suits contemporary dining rooms that want gold without glare, with chairs in grey or green velvet.
The chairs in the photograph are shown for styling; ask us about matching chairs.
Each Palermo is factory-made in Hyderabad and installed by our own team, whether the home is a penthouse in Kokapet or a villa off the Gandipet road.
