A heavy stone top that needs even support along its length
A long, heavy stone top needs support along its whole length, not just at four points, or it can flex over the years.
Model T006 carries the top on a rose-gold rectangular frame, with angled legs at each corner splaying out to the floor.
Four decisions
A rectangular frame
The frame runs round the underside of the top, supporting the stone evenly along every edge.
Angled legs
The legs splay outward from the corners, which gives the table a stable, open stance.
Rose gold
A rose-gold PVD finish, soft and warm, that suits rooms in blush, ivory and pale wood.
For stone tops
Even support makes it a natural base for a heavy Italian marble or onyx top.
Materials, named
Rose-gold PVD stainless steel, as labelled by the supplier, photographed without a top and ready for marble or onyx.
The making
The frame and legs are welded, ground clean at every joint and polished, then finished in rose-gold PVD as a single piece.
The finished piece
It suits soft dining rooms with blush or ivory chairs and a long marble top.
