An industrial-style table that wants solid metal legs
Industrial interiors suit solid, honest metal legs that look as if they were made in a workshop rather than a showroom.
Model T04 is a pair of brushed grey metal blocks, solid in appearance and quiet in finish, ready for a timber or stone top.
Four decisions
Two block legs
One block leg at each end carries the top, leaving the long sides free for chairs and benches.
Brushed grey
A brushed finish gives the metal a soft, satin texture that hides fingerprints and scuffs.
Mounting plates
Plates at the top of each block fix it securely to the underside of the top.
For long tops
It carries tops of 160 to 200 cm, in thick timber, sintered stone or Italian marble.

The making
The blocks are folded and welded from steel sheet, the mounting plates fixed, and the faces brushed to an even satin finish.
The finished piece
Pair it with a thick timber slab for an industrial dining table in a loft-style apartment.
