The brief

A living room that wants a steady, classic nesting set

Sculptural bases suit some rooms, but many homes want nesting tables that are simply steady, upright and classic.

Dhruva stands each top on a straight black column, as fixed as the pole star it is named for, with a gold collar for a touch of light.

Four decisions

Straight black pedestals

Each table stands on an upright black column, simple and steady under its stone top.

Gold collars

A gold collar rings each column, a small, bright detail against the matte black.

Grey-veined stone

White sintered-stone tops veined softly in grey keep the set calm and easy to match.

A classic nest

Two heights tuck together neatly and suit almost any sofa, rug or room.

Materials, named

As shown, round white sintered-stone tops with grey veining on pedestals of black powder-coated steel with gold PVD collars.

Sintered stone White with grey veining, polished
Frame Black powder-coat

The making

The columns are rolled from steel, welded to weighted base plates and powder-coated black, and the gold collars fitted before the tops are fixed.

The finished piece

They suit almost any living room, from a grey modern sofa to a classic tufted one.

The Dhruva is made in our own factory and delivered across Hyderabad, from Jubilee Hills and Banjara Hills to Kokapet, Narsingi and the Financial District.

Questions

Questions about the Dhruva nesting tables

Are the Dhruva nesting tables stable?

Yes. Each column is welded to a weighted base plate, so the tables stand steady under their stone tops.

Can the Dhruva tops be Statuario marble?

Yes. The round tops can be cut in Statuario, Carrara or any Italian marble you prefer.

Sintered stone or Italian marble: which is better for the Dhruva nesting tables?

On the Dhruva, sintered stone, as photographed, is harder and needs no sealing; Italian marble is softer and needs sealing, but every slab is one of a kind. The Dhruva can be made with either, on black powder-coated steel.

How do I get the Dhruva nesting tables made to my size?

Share the measurements of the room the Dhruva is for on WhatsApp, or bring them to our Gachibowli studio. We draw the Dhruva to fit, agree its materials with you, and quote factory direct.
