A warm living room that wants one unbroken metal form beneath white stone
Collars and rings add detail, but in a room already full of pattern a plain, unbroken base can be the calmer choice.
Pittala shapes each pedestal into one smooth bronze hourglass, the warm colour of old temple brass, with nothing to interrupt its curve.
Four decisions
One smooth curve
Each bronze hourglass flows from floor to top in one line, with no collar or joint showing.
Temple-brass colour
Bronze PVD gives the warm, aged glow of the brass vessels in a pooja room.
White tops
Round white sintered-stone tops sit above the bronze, clean and bright against the warm metal.
A nesting pair
Two heights let the smaller table slide partly beneath the larger, then move to a chair.
Materials, named
As shown, round white sintered-stone tops on hourglass pedestals of bronze PVD stainless steel; natural marble tops are available.
The making
The two cones of each hourglass are spun, welded and ground until the joint disappears, then polished and finished in bronze PVD.
The finished piece
They suit a warm living room with a patterned rug, rust or mustard cushions and teak furniture.
Each Pittala is factory-made in Hyderabad and installed by our own team, whether the home is a penthouse in Kokapet or a villa off the Gandipet road.
