A formal living room that wants a centre table like a gateway
A rectangular coffee table can feel plain beneath its stone, with nothing to frame the space under it.
Torana sets twin gold arcs beneath the top, like an arched gateway, with a gold sphere at their meeting point.
Four decisions
Twin arcs
Two gold arcs rise beneath the top like the arches of a torana, a traditional gateway.
A gold sphere
A polished sphere sits where the arcs meet, a point of light beneath the table.
Rounded corners
The rectangular top has rounded corners, kind to knees and calmer to the eye.
Gold PVD
The whole base is gold PVD, bonded to stainless steel so it does not tarnish.
Materials, named
As shown, a rectangular white sintered-stone top with rounded corners on a base of gold PVD stainless steel arcs and a sphere.
The making
The arcs are bent on a former, the sphere spun and polished, and the base welded on an oval plinth and finished in gold PVD.
The finished piece
It suits a formal living room with a long sofa and two armchairs.
The Torana is made in our own factory and delivered across Hyderabad, from Jubilee Hills and Banjara Hills to Kokapet, Narsingi and the Financial District.
