A long living room that needs a sectional without a hard corner
A long living room often ends up with an L-shaped sectional whose corner seat nobody wants, wedged between two backs.
Colin replaces the corner with a gentle curve, so the sofa bends along its length and every seat along it is a good one.
Four decisions
A gentle curve
The sectional bends gently along its length instead of turning a sharp corner, so there is no dead corner seat.
Five seats
It seats five along its curve, with room for people to sit back or lean into the arms.
Square arms
The Colin arms are squared off and kept low, which keeps the outline crisp and the sightlines across the room open.
Slim dark legs
Slim dark metal legs lift the long sofa off the floor so it does not look heavy along its length.
Materials, named
As shown, a grey textured weave over the whole sectional, on slim dark powder-coated steel legs; any fabric, velvet or leather can be used.
The making
The curved run is built in seasoned hardwood sections joined so the curve is smooth, then sprung, padded and covered, with the seams falling between seats.
The finished piece
It suits a long living room or a family lounge, facing a wall unit or a window with a low centre table in front.
The Colin is made in our own factory and delivered across Hyderabad, from Jubilee Hills and Banjara Hills to Kokapet, Narsingi and the Financial District.
Your room is not this room. Bring photographs and we will draw to it.
