A modern living room that wants a black leather sofa with detail
Plain black leather sofas can look like office furniture, all smooth surfaces and no sense of hand or craft.
Kroma quilts its black leather into square panels on the arms and back, so the sofa has texture and the leather catches the light.
Four decisions
Four seats
A long four-seat sofa, drawn to the length of a large living-room or family-room wall.
Square quilting
The arms and back are quilted in square panels, each one padded so the leather forms a soft grid.
Black leather
Deep black leather is timeless and practical, and softens and gains character with use.
Steel sleds
Mirror-polished steel sled legs lift the sofa and make a long black body look light.
Materials, named
As shown, black leather quilted in square panels on the arms and back, on mirror-polished stainless steel sled legs.
The making
The quilting is laid out and stitched panel by panel before the leather is drawn over the hardwood frame, so every square lines up across the arms and back.
The finished piece
It suits a modern living room or a home cinema, with a grey rug, chrome lamps and a glass centre table.
We build the Kroma in our Hyderabad factory and deliver it to homes across the city, from Gachibowli and Kondapur to Tellapur, Gandipet and Jubilee Hills.
Your room is not this room. Bring photographs and we will draw to it.
