A light, Scandinavian-style room that wants a sculptural base
Most sculptural table bases come in dark walnut, which can feel heavy in a light room with white walls and pale floors.
Model 202 brings the same sculptural ambition in light oak, cut into diamond facets that catch the daylight from every window.
Four decisions
Diamond facets
The column is cut into flat facets like a gemstone, so each face takes the light at a slightly different angle.
Light oak
The pale oak finish keeps the base bright and lets it sit comfortably on light wooden or stone floors.
A rose-gold plate
A warm rose-gold plate at the foot adds a fine line of metal beneath the pale timber column.
For round and square tops
As a central column, it suits a round or square top of up to about 120 cm, seating two to four.
Materials, named
Solid wood with a light oak finish, on a plate of stainless steel in rose-gold PVD. The top shown is a display top.
The making
The facets are marked out and cut on the bench, each face planed flat and its edges kept crisp, then the column is finished in oak and fixed to its plate.
The finished piece
It suits a light, airy dining corner with white walls, a pale rug and a round white marble top.
The 202 is made in our own factory and delivered across Hyderabad, from Jubilee Hills and Banjara Hills to Kokapet, Narsingi and the Financial District.
