Model 21 carries it on two black legs that are both fluted and twisted, so the table has texture and movement at each end.

The legs are drawn for a long, slim 150 × 50 cm top, the proportion of a console or a narrow table.
Fluted
Each leg is fluted along its whole length, with crisp grooves that catch the light and throw thin shadows.
Twisted
The flutes twist as they rise, so the legs seem to turn slowly as you walk past the table.
Black
A matte black finish keeps the fluting and the twist graphic rather than ornate or fussy.
Materials, named
Black powder-coated steel, photographed on its mounting frame without a top; the top is cut in marble, sintered stone or timber.
The making
The legs are fluted, twisted on a jig so both are identical, welded to their mounting frame, ground clean and powder-coated black.
The finished piece
It suits a console table in an entrance hall, or a narrow dining table against a wall.
